Becoming Catholic
Baptismal Catechumenate
Are you an unbaptized adult, teenager or older child?
Please consider the Baptismal Catechumenate process, a year-round process that will help you encounter Jesus Christ, establish a relationship with Him and prepare you to become one of His disciples. Candidates who complete the process may receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Communion.
The Baptismal Catechumenate is only for persons who have never been baptized in any faith. If you have questions about a baptism that took place at a non-Catholic church, please contact Fr. Charlie or Fr. Tomas through the parish office.
Inquiry for Baptized Christians who are interested in Catholicism
If you are baptized in another Christian tradition and interested in Roman Catholic Christianity, “Inquiry” is for you! Come learn the basics of our faith and Tradition with other adults (aged 18 and older, AND out of high school). If you decide to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church, we can assist you. There is no pressure to become a Roman Catholic Christian!
Sacramental Preparation for baptized Catholics
If you are a baptized Roman Catholic, 18 years and older AND out of high school, you may prepare for the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation.
